Flexible Report
This facility allows Users to choose most of the fields from the main grid and adjust width of fields as needed. User selected data can also be exported into CSV (comma separated values) file.
When invoked the form shows a list of already configured reports. To create a new one enter a name into Select Report Layout e.g. “New Report” and Click Load/Create Layout button. It is recommended that the landscape report is selected to maximise the columns space on the report.
The list of all available fields is displayed. Site and Location fields are not optional fields.
To include fields in the report, move fields from the left list into the right list by double clicking or selecting and using button with
sign. The position of a field in a page can be moved by selecting a field and moving Up or Down by clicking the

buttons.Clicking Save Changes will create or overwrite file New Report.rst. File is stored in Reports folder under WinPATS™ directory. Files with RST extension can be deleted if needed. e.g. when too many are created and not used. Save As action can be repeated, the file is always overwritten without questions. Save As records always the latest status. As the following form can also modify layout of the report it is necessary to save the layout before canceling this form. To see the report fields layout click Next.
When a new report is displayed for the first time it will be displayed with default size fields with no other options specified. Column width can be adjusted by clicking and dragging. Double-click on column border will adjust width to display fully all data in a column. To move columns around go back to the previous form and change the order of selected fields. Column adjustments are remembered while going back and forth.
