Software Updates
If your copy of WinPATS is working correctly then we recommend you keep your existing version. If you believe there is an issue with the software then you should fill out the online support form with a description of the problem.
Updating to a more recent version of WinPATS is only available to people with version 3 (3.x.x) or greater. If you are using version 2 of the software you will need to contact Wavecom for assistance.
Appliance Tester Updates
When your appliance tester is sent to Wavecom we can update the firmware within the tester. This process can be done if a service and calibration is requested. Only Wavecom Instruments or its authorised Service Agents can update the firmware in the tester. Depending on your appliance tester model you should inquire about any updates required.
