Product Description

The Intercel Smart SAM3T is a UMTS based industrial modem. It provides EDGE, GSM, GPRS, WCDMA and HSPA+ connectivity. This modem is based on the Qualcomm MDM6200A baseband processor, and is designed for Machine-to-Machine applications.

The SAM3T uses the 3G mobile network to connect to the internet and has a range of applications from industrial machine to machine connectivity, to a wide range of ‘Internet of Things’ applications, only limited by your creativity!

The compact design and tough exterior mean the SAM3T is a great modem solution in a variety of environments, and has a temperature operational range from -30oC to 85oC.

The SAM3T uses standard 3GPTT AT commands for standardised yet powerful development.

Please note this modem does not have an internal antenna included, though we offer a range of external antennae for use with the SAM3T - see the optional accessories section.
